HOW TO USE YOUR SUKI MAT


Set aside at least twenty minutes and, at a time of your choosing, go to a quiet room or one with soft music playing in the background.  Place your Suki Mat on a bed, armchair or any other comfortable surface, take four deep breaths and forget the world outside. Relax your body and enjoy the wonderful sensation its microtips will spread all over your body!


APPLICATION FOR THE BACK

DURATION 
15-30 minutes  

RECOMMENDATION
You should lie on your Suki Mat so that your bare skin touches the pointed applicators. It is possible that your body needs three or four times to get used to the Suki Mat. Therefore, start with a thin top and put the Suki Mat on a bed or a thick carpet. Rise slowly until you feel comfortable with bare skin and on firmer ground.
